Renting property out during the Olympics

    Hi

    I recently bought a property in Woolwich Arsenal (very near to Greenwich - 20min bus journey) and intend to rent it out during the Olympic Games.

    Is anyone else thinking along those lines? Know it's a little premature but I'd like to start thinking about how I should go about promoting my property now.

    Any ideas/insight? Never been a landlord before.

    I would like to consider renting out a couple of rooms in my house for the Olympics - maybe do breakfast or occasional barbecues as well.

    Anyone else thinking along those lines and how does one go about it?
